Armed with tissues and handkerchiefs, mums, aunties and grandmothers recently joined Year 8 students to celebrate Mother's Day in the Chapel. In a beautiful Mass presided over by Fr Tony Smith SJ, the girls gave thanks and recognition to their mothers and guardians for the special bond they enjoy.

"All generations will call you blessed" was an apt theme for the moving service where each student presented their mother with a handwritten letter to express their thoughts on this special day.

Mass was followed by morning tea where our photographer captured some of the beaming mothers and daughters.
