Co-curricular Captains promote activites inside and outside of school which go beyond the scope of traditional academia. Co-curricular activities promote supportive communities of like-minded people and allow for the collaboration and sharing of ideas, arts, culture, sports and services. Being a Co-curricular Captain is a chance to share your passion with the rest of the College and to create a lasting impact on like-minded students.
We aim to engage students in activities beyond school work in order to create independent, intelligent, well-rounded individuals who want to participate in activities beyond what is required of them.
Many of the Co-curricular Captains have different and wide reaching initiatives. The Technology Captain runs a weekly technology club, while the Mercy Action Group Captain organises fair trade, community and service opportunities. The Theatre Captain helps promote and run drama productions and other drama groups.
Overall, each Captain has a unique set of skills which they use to promote their passions within the College community.
