Monte Alumni strive to ensure our community stays connected, informed and engaged. The Alumni Committee works closely with the College to provide opportunities for our community to participate in special events, reunions, networking opportunities, fundraisers and more.

Catherine McAuley Alumna Mercy Award
We are very proud of our Alumni community and the inspirational women who are a part of it. To recognise these women, in 2019 we introduced the annual Catherine McAuley Alumna Mercy Award.
The award recognises the achievements and contributions of an Alumna who demonstrates outstanding moral character, achieves exceptionally in their chosen endeavours, and makes significant contributions to their community.
In 2025, we were honoured to recognise The Hon Justice Jacqueline Gleeson (Class of 1983) as the Catherine McAuley Alumna Mercy Award recipient.
Student & Alumni Networking Events
The Student & Alumni Networking Events are Monte Alumni’s flagship events, and provide a unique opportunity for Monte students to hear from inspirational Alumni sharing their professional insights and offering advice.

Masalou Lunch
The Masalou Lunch is Monte Alumni’s largest annual reunion, celebrating the very special milestone of reaching 50 years or more since graduating from the College.
We are looking forward to welcoming the Class of 1976 as our newest Masalou inductees at the next event on Friday 19 June, 2026.
